Payment

I accept and prefer Paypal for US buyers. US Buyers are paying in US Dollar. Buyers from Germany can pay by Bank-transfer the others via PayPal ore IBAN and BIC.

Shipping

Overseas are the Shipping costs 6.50 Euro. For Europe are the Shipping Fees 4.50 Euro. This are the actually Shipping Fees from Germany to you. The fees are higher but I ´ll take part over the rest. I'll send the Beads out as soon as I receive the payment. If you buy more than one Bead I will take the shipping fees together. Please allow app. 10 business days for them to arrive.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your beads! If you are not, please let me know within 3 Days of receiving them and you can return them. I will refund your money without the Shipping fees.
